Recipients

We share your data only with:

• IT service providers we use to operate the website and email (e.g. hosting, email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

We do not sell your data and we do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA unless covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep your data

• Contact enquiries: up to 12 months from last contact, then deleted.
• Active client data: for the duration of the commercial relationship plus statutory retention periods (typically 6 years for accounting records).
• Marketing consents: until withdrawn.
